I have been trying to contact Shopify support to update the status my website but there has not been an update since 1st July. Anybody can help? I was thinking to launch my website on 1st July but was unable to do it. I have also passed the 14-day trial period and I'm disappointed with how Shopify is handling the whole ordeal.
