I make my own products for CURLY HAIR, E.G, gel, shampoo, conditioner, coconut oil, curl cream, leave in conditioner etc. I handmake and stock over 60 products, such as shower caps, absorbent hair towels, sleep wraps. I have a kids section and even though my website has 100 products (Hair brushes etc), I have included under kids some Paw Patrol, Disney beanies (at MAX 8 x PRODUCTS) out of my 150 products, who I purchased through my Supplier. Shopify contacted me regarding these 8 x products and I provided original receipts, next thing I know legal team have contacted me saying my store is shut down!
I have responded to 3 x emails from different ppl, went to live chat 5 x times (2 x disconnected my chat immediately) 3, live chats over 3 days, each one promising me they are keeping an eye on it, first 1 , haven't heard from, 2nd one promised me my account is being set up to go back online, 3rd, no promise, same as the others, they all work different shifts! Every time I asked for a supervisor or # for a complaints team and guess what! No one could answer that, but with the same response, "I'm a assistant to help you with the process"! MY FAT ARSS!
Who has ever heard of a company, where you CANNOT SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON, CANNOT SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER, HAS NO DIRECT # FOR COMPLAINTS!. And who on earth do the ppl who send you these e-mails telling you your account has been suspended unless they hear from you from a certain date, and you respond to the email, but you never hear anything back! Who do they answer too? Apparantly no one, because there is no management team! Meanwhile I'm at home working my ass off putting out fires with all the DMs and emails continuesly from customers asking why is my website down!
Did you have any luck in the end? I just noticed my website searches for disney are showing no results. Even though I have licensed supplier items. Bit worrying, with the no contact methods you mention.
