My store was terminated without explanation and support has been useless

My shopify store was terminated 2 days ago without reason or an explanation. I have appeald, I have received no response from the apeal team. The customer support has given no useful information but has given me excuses and Said it would be responded to shortly. No responses have been found my inbox. My store is still locked up. I have not even activated it yet. It was going to be a candle business now it's an unusable project. I have spent over $1200 on materials for that I will now not be able to sell. This is not only an extreme wast of my money but my time. I would however still like to sell on shopify, but if this is not or cannot be fixed I will have to find another platform. Very disappointed. 😟 hope someone has a solution.

Thank you so much for the encouragement and motivation, I will be continuing to attempt to get my store un-terminated. I'm also glad to hear that somone outside of my family thinks this is a good business idea.

Update: they have fixed my shopify store and reinstated my account as of this morning. Thanks everyone for all the support!
