It's been about two months of trying to Sync my Facebook to my Shopify. They haven't synced no matter what I tried, what have I tried?
Attempt 1: Waiting 4 weeks for Shopify to sync with Facebook. - Disconnected, uninstalled, - reinstalled and resynced
Attempt 2: Waited a week while playing with commerce in meta trying to sync the pixels on the meta end. - Disconnected, uninstalled, - reinstalled and resynced
Attempt 3: After I reinstalled facebook app on Shopify- I called Meta and they told me to upload my drivers license and it should be synced within 48 hours
Attempt 4: After 60 hours I called Meta again asking them what the hell is going on, they said it could take even longer.... bruh...
Attempt 5: I waited a week since uploaded my driver's license, down loaded a code that you can put on your shopify header and put it into my shopify code header, and spent money so they know I'm real... still nothing- So I reached out to facebook meta- they told me to post my questions here... also told me I need to contact facebook and Instagram not meta... bruh...
