I've had a few customers call our store and tell us that they have charges on their card from our store, which they've never been to or haven't been to in a long time, and when I go to look up the particular transaction it does not exist. I have looked for "skimmer" devices on my card readers and I don't see anything. This has happened about 3 times now, and every time they say something along the lines of "I was charged $11.37 but I have never been to your store" Most of our products we sell are an even number with no cents "$14.00" so the odd change that was charged doesn't make sense either! Has this happened to anyone else??
