Their guideline for reference: https://policy.pinterest.com/en/merchant-guidelines
After looking at the Pinterest guidelines and your site, side-by-side, I'm pretty confident in saying that it's probably because you're selling clothing items that are similar to 'adult products'. At least half of the stuff on your site could be considered 'sexual in nature'.
On their Merchant Guidelines (https://policy.pinterest.com/en/merchant-guidelines), they specifically mention not allowing:
You may also be triggering the following guidelines (but less severe than the above ones):
You're lucky you got away with running ads on Pinterest for as long as you did. I don't see any way to resolve this, beyond splitting the site into 2 separate stores - one with the products that would be safe for all to purchase, and another for adults-only stuff.

Hey stephan! tks for the quick help! I agree cuz i also thought the adult stuff might be reason, but i also saw other merchants on Pinterest being able to sell sexy lingerie stuff so maybe they add the categories after they got approved by pinterest merchant? So can we deactivate them & then add these back after we were approved? Also we have already appealed twice for our enforcement is there still any chance to appeal again? Should we create another one?
I honestly don't know how the appeal process works with Pinterest -- but I would strongly recommend against deactivating them, and then reactivating them afterwards ... even if that did work, you'd probably get disabled by Pinterest again. That's not a real solution that would work long term (if at all).

Hello,
Upon encountering this issue, I felt compelled to write immediately. I have been struggling with the same problem for about 4 months now, yet I haven't been able to resolve it. I've searched for a lot of information online, consulted with many experts, but none have been able to solve the issue. I read the article written by StephensWorld and indeed, we also sell content aimed at adults, but these are normal lingerie products. I haven't tried this yet, but I will now, and let's see if it works this time. I'm not sure if it will be successful. If I receive a positive response, I will inform you.
Additionally, I've examined your website and looked at your Pinterest account. You seem to have deleted all the products and catalogs here. How did you do that? I've tried everything, but I can't seem to delete them. Could you please assist me with this as well? I'm planning to remove adult-oriented products from my website's Pinterest sales channel, but I don't know how to delete them in bulk from Pinterest because I can't manipulate the catalog sent by Shopify. When I try to remove them from my website, the products disappear from the catalog. How did you solve this issue?
I'll be awaiting your response. I intend to remove the products and reapply. Hopefully, I'll receive a positive response and share this information with you.
