my wholse store (part of shopify) locked for 3 years

Dear Sir, I do own a store in tik tok wholesale , which is in liason with shopify,  ive been banned from the app, my account is locked and of course my assets are frozen, ive been told that i have to pay a ransom of $15000, or wait for a 3 year period.

  the seller agreement states that the penalty for skipping a sale is 28 days, not 3 years, this makes me believe that im being scamed by people inside, im pretty sure im not the only or the first who fell for this.

 So I need to speak with someone above the costumer service department

This sounds like a scam, I would recommend contacting Shopify support to get this issue resolved so your store can get unfrozen and access can be regained 🙂
