All things Shopify and commerce
Hi,
When I load a product page, I notice an odd thing with the colour selection menu. The name of the selected colour appears alongside the capitalised colour menu header ("COLOUR"). When I select a different colour, the name of that selected colour appears beside the colour menu heading. Whilst this is not a major issue, I would prefer the name of a selected colour not to appear alongside the colour menu header.
I am not sure whether this is due to an error when I created the colour variations when the product page was first created. Any help on how to rectify this will be greatly appreciated. Below is a link to product pages:

Hi Imogen
Thank you for your reply. Regarding your questions:
1. ) I'm using Dawn Theme Version 9
2.) Regarding custom coding, I added a code to make the "COLOUR" text bold a while back. Unfortunately I don't remember what code was added where.
3.) I don't use any third party apps that will make the information visible in that section of the page
The interesting thing is I have another Shopify store with identical platform and version (Dawn version 9). This issue is not present in my second site.

What do you think could be causing this issue?
Mac
Thanks for following up with us here, @Macnet. My immediate thought of a potential cause would be some custom coding added to this theme for the problem store, especially if both store's are using the same theme and one isn't showcasing this issue. However, it's difficult for me to say for certain as I'm not able to access your store details and look into this information myself.
I feel that it would be best for you to reach out to our Authenticated Support Team via our Help Center so we can get you authenticated and access your store details to see if we may be able to get a better idea on a potential cause of this issue here. To set some expectations for you, Shopify Support Staff are not trained on coding, but we'll be able to do some additional troubleshooting (like asking you to download a fresh copy of Dawn to test if this behaviour happens there to better pinpoint the source) and connect with other folks internally about what you're experiencing.

Hi Imogen
I really appreciate your time and assistance. This matter is really not an issue and I don't think it will confuse customers. So I will leave it as it is. Thank you for you time and consideration.
