I am missing the navigation option underneath the online store in my admin panel.  How do I get that back.  I was trying to set up sub collections and I have no idea how I can do that and then my navigation option went missing?? help new user here

Navigation tab is now in Menus under Content in your Shopify admin dashboard.

Hey, Moeed, My store was closed after I changed the credit card information because the credit card expired. I contacted Shopify support and they escalated my issue, but there has been no response. I tried to log in to the store owner's account, but I still can't enter the store page. Can you help me?

Because my credit card expired, I was worried that I would not be able to pay the bill after the bill was generated, so I updated my credit card. However, I did not expect that my store would be suddenly closed after the update. I saw online that credit card information cannot be modified, otherwise it would easily trigger risk control and lead to store closure.

My credit card has expired and he can't pay the bill so he needs to replace it

So somebody else's shop is using your credit card?
