I closed my store today because I have not used my account at all. I do not have the time to set up my store or manage it at this time and would like to request a full refund for the amount I was just charged. I have attempted to contact customer service and have had no luck. Every link I click on it says it is temporarily unavailable. Please advise what I need to do to get the refund request processed as soon as possible. Thank you.

To close your account, simply head to Settings > Plans & Permissions > Close Store and follow the prompts on the screen. Once the account is closed you will need to speak to our live Support Advisors via the Help Center to request a refund. Simply use the chat bot on the right hand side of the screen to request an advisor who will be able to escalate there request.
