Need advice on integrating Alibaba dropshipping with Dropified - any tips?

I need advice and have a few questions for my dropshipping store.

I am using Alibaba dropshipping as well as dropified to import products.

Firstly, when I use Alibaba dropshipping, it bypasses dropified. Is this advisable? What is the downside of this and which mode should I use, or is there a way to integrate so that every time I use Alibaba it will always import via dropified, or is it better to go direct?

Secondly, yesterday I pushed some products from Alibaba to my store. They successfully imported to my store, but do not show up in my Alibaba products, only the products I previously imported showed up. Does anyone know the possible reason?
