Need Assistance with Product Image Loading Issue on My Store

Hello Shopify Community,

I’m facing an issue with my Shopify store, NineFoods. The problem involves product images not loading properly on some pages. These images are crucial for displaying product details and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for my customers.

Here’s what I’ve noticed so far:

• The images take a long time to load or sometimes fail to display altogether.
• This issue occurs on both desktop and mobile devices, across different browsers.
• I’ve optimized image sizes to improve loading times, but the problem persists.

Steps I’ve already tried:

1. Cleared cache and cookies.
2. Checked theme settings and re-uploaded images.
3. Ran a speed test to identify potential performance issues.

If anyone has faced a similar issue or can provide guidance on resolving this, I would greatly appreciate your support. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

Hi Amelia3, at least for me there seems to be no problem, I tried many pages on your store, images load instantly everywhere. also looked at the image files and they seem well optimized. Also, cool store!
