Need better loyalty/membership suggestions

Hello everyone, I'm having issues with Bold products on my Shopify store and I'm looking for better options. We're running Shopify Plus, Bold Loyalty, and Bold Recurring Membership. 

• Customers are earning points when buying a gift card, and they are earning points on a future transaction when they use that gift card. In other words, earning points on the same thing twice. I need to exclude gift cards from earning points. Per Bold, it's something they're looking into. 
• Our customer base is elderly and not very computer literate. They frequently create discount codes by mistake, and ask us to fix it. Currently, we can delete the code in Shopify and manually put points back in their balance, but the discount code itself still appears in their app interface. This leads to them screaming at customer service when the discount code doesn't work on their next order. Right now, we just refuse to delete codes they've created by mistake and it's not an ideal solution. 
• Our Recurring Membership app has horrible reporting features. 
• We'd like to switch over to a monthly/yearly subscription app, but don't want to lose all of the current members we worked hard to sign up. 
• Klaviyo integration would be a major plus. 

We looked at Yotpo and had almost completed switching over, until they let slip that their "recurring membership" portion wasn't automatic at all, and customers had to manually purchase a "membership product" every month.

Maybe you should take a look on ConnectPOS, this POS directly integrate with Yotpo, besides, gift cards and reward point are built - in features in ConnectPOS, so you can save x2 times fee charge

You can try Points Program and VIP Tiers functions from Loloyal Loyalty.

• It is easy to use. You can easily manage your customers and points, and you can also view the data of customers using points. Two VIP Tiers milestones can be chosen -- lifetime or calendar year.
• Loloyal supports migrating data from other loyalty apps. If you have any questions, you can ask customer service.
• Loloyal has been integrated with Klaviyo.
