Need help to find: Digital Product Sharing app with commission

Hi,
I am looking for an app that is compatible with Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom-built sites that enables my partners to sell my digital products on any CMS while tracking commissions.

I have shopify store and my clients  and partners have a lot of different store and I want them to be able to sell my digital files and get commission. It's only digital files.

How can I do that?
