Need help with Code

This code was working and all of the sudden is not. Can someone help me to have the code working again. Its for the Acne Safe Ingredient Checker on my store.

@Studioleclair It looks like you have added one additional <script> tag in the code. Please remove it & save the file and test in the front end. Let me know if you still facing the issue.

This unfortunately did not fix the issue!

The code was working then randomly stopped working. Wondering why when clients put the list of ingredients in it is not telling them what is acne safe and not.

its saying ingredients that are NOT acne safe ARE acne safe.

EX - Talc, Magnesium Myristate, Nylon-12, Caprylic/ Capric Triglyceride, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Methylparaben, Lauroyl Lysine, Propylparaben, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Methicone, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Butylparaben, Tocopherol. May Contain: CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499 (Iron Oxides), CI 77007 (Ultramarines).

Talc is not acne safe
