Need Help with Suspended Google Merchant Account, please!

Hey everyone,

I’m having trouble with my Merchant Center account—it keeps getting suspended.

I’ve tried several times to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Google hasn’t been much help, other than pointing me to their policy, and I’m not sure what to do next.

If anyone could take a look at my website, squarejewelry, and help figure out what might be wrong, I’d really appreciate it. As far as I can tell, everything is compliant. 

This issue has also suspended my Google Ads account.

It seems that I noticed a discrepancy in the name you provided on Google Merchant. You mentioned "Square Jewel" instead of "Square Jewelry," which matches your website name. I see in the schema is also "Square Jewelry" I suggest logging into Merchant Center updating your business details and changing the business name to "Square Jewelry" to accurately reflect your brand.

Hello @Lilya2 ,

After testing your site and some products, I have found that most of the merchant listing and product snippet schemas are valid. There are a few non-critical issues, but they should not be the reason for your account suspension.

I believe Google has already notified you about this matter. Could you please share the notification with me? I can help you check and provide further information.

Additionally, from a technical standpoint, I noticed that your homepage is missing some meta data. Please add it in Shopify > Preferences to ensure that your store does not have any technical loopholes.

Hi @DaisyVo ,

Thank you so much for your help! Google actually mentioned that "the business name you provided in Merchant Center under Business details doesn't comply with Google policies." Since I still have five days to request another application for GMC, I really want to make sure I don’t mess it up again—it’s been quite frustrating.

Could you let me know if this name issue is the main reason for my suspension? I’ve also read that my contact info should be linked and clickable, but right now it’s just plain text. Is that a problem too?
