Need help with verifying my existing EIN for tax purposes

I have been trying to get help from Shopify support so I can simply verify my existing EIN tax information in my account. Shopify for some reason hides this and you have to get connected with a special department to review or change any of this information which is quite ridiculous. 

I have reached out to chat support about this and they said someone would reach out to me from that department. Many days have passed and I still haven't heard anything. I reached out to chat again and they said the original support person never even sent out this request. Chat support has been frustrating and useless and they keep telling me there is no email or phone number to get help with this. 

Can anyone help me with this?
