This is seemingly a large problem here and NO WAY to contact anyone for assistance. I need to close my account, and in error, I entered the wrong password a couple of times and now it won't let me. Not at all sure how I got in to begin with and then not being able to "enter the right password." I will try later (as stated on the form), meaning I will try again in an hour, and if no resolution, I am contacting my bank.

Are you having an issue where you cannot access our 24/7 support options via our Help Center, or are perhaps stuck in a loop while trying to find the option?
If so, I would be happy to walk you through the steps for reaching out to our live support team. Once you reach the Help Center, search for the topic you need assistance with. Once you've been through the suggested resources, if you're still stuck, follow the button to Contact Shopify Support. From there, Log in via your shop (if you can) or select continue without logging in. You should then be able to connect with our Support team via live chat, callback request or email. If you're still having troubles, please share a screenshot of where you're getting stuck.

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.
Click Cancel subscription or Pause or cancel subscription.
Review the options to pause your subscription, or sell your store.
If you still want to cancel, then click Cancel subscription and close store.
Select a reason for the cancellation, and then click Continue.
Enter your password, and then click Close store.
