Need to downgrade plan to $5 plan

How can I downgrade my current plan to the $5 starter plan?

The Starter plan is currently only for new merchants and does not support downgrading from existing plans, for existing merchants. You can learn more about that here.

Is there a reason why you wanted to downgrade? Can I help you with your current store at all?

I just registered an account with Shopify, after selecting the starter plan the Website. Than I claimed the free month with a higher plan and now I am not able to choose the Starter Plan again??? WOW. I will definitely choose WooCommerce now. You just lost a customer.
