Need to make 6k items available at a 2nd location

I have recently transferred all my products from one location over with help from an app (from square to shopify) but in order to transfer the products for my 2nd location, I need to mark all my items in shopify as available for sale in that 2nd location. I have 6k items so going through bulk editor 1 by 1, 50 at a time is just going to take forever. Thanks!

There is a spreadsheet bulk editing app called Mixtable. It allows you to pull the products and inventory locations in a worksheet and move them from one location to another. It's like doing it in Excel.
