Need to make Subtotal EX Tax and not the same as Total

Hello, 

In Australia, many large organisations require their invoices to show ex tax at subtotal, then the tax (GST) amount, and finally the total including tax. 

Shopify only seems to have the subtotal and totals set the same, meaning I have to go and edit in Acrobat or similar in order for invoices to be accepted for processing. 

Is there a way in Shopify to set up so the Subtotal is ex tax, and the total is inc Tax? I'm using Dawn 2.0
