Hi, we have a negative Shopify balance which we would like to clear with a manual payment, support articles suggest there should be a banner on the orders page to do this but it is not appearing, i have been in contact with Shopify support for a week now and getting nowhere, they are now not responding to the support ticket that is still open.
Also today the Finance page has gone from showing this....
To now showing only this...
Any help with this would be gratefully appreciated.
