Hi hoping someone can help as i am getting nowhere with Shopify Support Chat, we have had a period where we had to issue a number of refunds due to a change of products being supplied, all of these orders were paid for then refunded, i did expect a small negative balance but its showing nearly -£580 which i could not understand, i have worked out these are related to the last batch of refunds that are still showing pending which have been pending for over two weeks now, will this sort itself out? As of yet we have not checked with or heard from the pending refund customers.
