Never recieved order/scam or fraud store

I ordered a digital product off a store (TEDD) promising it would be instantly sent to my email which it never did and ive contacted the store owner multiple times which i figured is using a burner email (tubagyuii@gmail.com) It's sad someone does this for a bit of money but even more sad Shopify doesn't chase this up and doesn't remove the store or help customers who have been involved in these fraud acts. I will be trying to get a chargeback from my bank.

Sorry to hear you bumped into a fraud store, and like you said it is sad what people are doing.

For Shopify, did you report this store to them https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant ?

Could you share a link to that fraud store?

I hope you do get a chargeback from bank.

I have just google image searched the images on the store and found out the store is using images from another store.

It does look very suspicious, It is named TEDD but the domain has no connection, it looks like made in 30 minutes, product page has placeholder images. And contact just gmail email, no other info, business or other. 

If you do not mind me asking, how did you find this store? Social network or ?

Do report them from the link I sent you, and provide order number if asked.

Unfortunately I tried to report it to Shopify, but they said they couldn't handle it because the url wasn't working.

But a tiktok advertisement led me to the business. I am aware of my gullibility. Since I'm new to Shopify and haven't bought anything from them before, I assumed it was legitimate.

OK, I reported also, hope they act quickly and close the store.

And there are so many fraud stores some you might guess but some look like proper stores with a lot of effort put in.

Did you ever get any help?  I bought 2 tall metal shelves for my work shop.  I couldn't get tracking on it right away.  When I finally could get tracking, I kept getting the information saying it had not been updated yet.  Then when it finally did get updated, the information showing was that it had been delivered via usps AT MY MAILBOX!  I never received anything, much less 2 metal shelves in my mailbox!  Since, it is reportedly delivered, then there is no other information available.  Going to my bank and post office today.  This is absolutely unexceptable!
