New Box concept feedback needed.

Uline prices + shipping costs are very high here in the US. I just discovered Grainger.com to have lower costs plus free shipping on most boxes if you sign up for their Red Pass Plus ($129 USD / year).  That's about what I pay in shipping per box order through Uline.

 I am on a quest to no longer support Uline  (reason: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/feb/12/uline-trump-mega-donors-underpaid-mexican-workers ).

As part of this quest, I am in the process of developing a new product, a type of cardboard that can easily be cut with straight edges and precisely folded to create any size box you need that looks as good as any box that was die cut. The benefit is you need to only store the 24" X 48" cardboard sheets and no longer have to keep up with multiple box sizes + the inventory on each. You would need to cut out and assemble your own boxes which is not difficult with the pre-scored gridded cardboard, just an added step to the fulfillment process. I thought this should be something that should exist in the world and I wanted to ask other e-commerce businesses if they would pay slightly higher price for the flexibility of having any box size on hand at all times?  I assume by being able to customize each box to exactly fit the product, there would be some savings in shipping costs realized as well.
