New Content Upload after DMCA Takedown

Hello, 

Could anyone please enlighten me on one question? 

I received a DMCA notice for the first time for few products on my page. 

Products were deactivated by Shopify.

But this is fine, I have deleted all the content which person is claiming to own. 

However, could you please help me with one question: 

I want to upload my own created content to those products, as those URLs still brings traffic.

So the question is: “Can I upload new content and press activate sales channels and markets” for those products which were deactivated?"
