My new order notification is not sending my store email or my email a notice when we receive a new order. I tested it under the settings, notification and the test email comes to my email address but still not the store email address I have added. It used to work fine. Any help would be appreciated
Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried using a different email address to test the notifications? This would help inform whether or not the issue lies within the admin or the email address you're using for notifications. If you've not tried this yet, please do so and let me know if the issue is still present with a different email address.
