New Shopify collections are broken on live site, but fine in admin. Old collections work fine

I cannot create new collections that work.

Old collections all work fine.

If I try to create a new collection, the products appear fine in shopify admin, but the live page does not show any products. For example this one is broken: https://runcompany.co.uk/collections/test-1

To rule out issues like product stock or channel visibility, while making the above test example, I copied the rules for an old collection that is working: https://runcompany.co.uk/collections/gifts-under-200 ("all conditions" | price > 1 | price < 200").

Both collections are published to the same channels.

It does not matter if I make the product list dynamic, or if I make a collection where I manually add specific products. Neither works now.

Is my database broken or something?

Hello @charlesr

Welcome to Shopify Community.

You are using Globo app for collection filters, thus try to check the sync settings with the app and sync the new collection with it because the data are not coming from the app side. If the issue persists then try to contact the app support team so they will help you in better ways.

Thanks

Thanks. That was it. MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

It needed the manual "sync" button to be pressed. And seems to need it after every new collection.... Not sure why that has changed, but I'll ask their dev.
