New store high traffic and low sales

Hi everyone, Im new to shopify but i think ive created a semi-professional store I recently made it public on 09/04/20 and have had good success driving traffic 482 online sessions but ive had no activity (searches, add to cart, register email, checkout, purchases) its like they clicked the link by mistake and leave immediately. Im wondering if anyone more experienced might be able to help the website is www.emperiumwatches.com any feedback is appreciated!

I Have Also Checked Google Analytics And The Average Time Spent On The Site Is 53 Seconds (Up to 613 Store Sessions Now Too) Really Confused Here.
