New to Dropshipping

I'm new from Dropshipping. I would like some assistance on Dropshipping. I would be very grateful if you could help me. 

I lived on a small island and would like to know if I start a shop on Shopify and advert it, who will be the people that will see my adverts. Will it be only my island or worldwide? 

I do not know if its possible but I would be really thankful if we could arrange an online meeting to clarify my doubts on dropshipping as I would really like to start this as a business.
