New to Google Sales Channel

As I am new to all of this I am a little concerned with what google can do in my store. As stated they are able to "Edit products, Edit orders, Edit marketing, Edit store analytics, Edit your Online Store, View Shopify admin, View Shopify Payments, and Edit other data". The explanations don't give any more insight as to what "edit" means. If someone could explain this it would be greatly appreciated.
