Hello, please I need help, I can pay for assistance.
I tried to test if the "subscribe" section works with a friend's e-mail. But nothing happened: I didn't receive any email on my store email and I don't have any new "email subscribers" in "customers" section. Is this a problem of turbo theme?
I found this form, so I installed an email app, Klaviyo, I generated a list and putted URL in this form. Then I tried the same process with my friend's email and it works, but his email has been registered on Klyivio dashboard. My shopify "email subscribers" is still empty.
And then I don't like the fact that with Klaviyo you have to confirm your subscription by email.
So, how can I do? How does it work to set up newsletter on Turbo theme?
Can you put you store address here to have a look? today I solved same issue for an client.

I am having the same issue. I have reached out to sandbox and advised that I need to disable the ReCaptcha or update the theme. I have disabled the reCaptcha and it is still not working. I am trying to launch in a couple of days and this has really been an issue for me. I am very apprehensive or updating as I don't want to lose anything. Please help!
If you want, I can have a look on your theme maybe i can fix it without to upgrade the entire theme.
