Hi @Allforu !

Your product is definitely intriguing, and it's no surprise you're attracting a lot of visitors. However, there might be a few things preventing them from converting into customers. Here are some suggestions to consider:

1. Craft a Compelling Single Product Landing Page:

  • Simplify the Product Page: While your current page has potential, consider creating a dedicated landing page that focuses solely on your product. Showcase what it's all about, highlight its key features, and clearly communicate the benefits it offers to your target audience.
  • Prioritize User Experience: Break down lengthy videos into smaller, more digestible sections. Aim for a clean and well-organized layout that allows visitors to easily find the information they need. Think user-friendly!
  • Seek Inspiration: Check out Oura Ring's landing page (https://ouraring.com) for a great example of a product-focused landing page.

2. Streamline Announcement Bars:

  • Consolidate Your Bars: Having two announcement bars stacked on top of each other can be visually overwhelming. Consider keeping just one prominent bar, or explore using the "Multi-Announcement Bar" from the Searchanise Upsell & Marketing app to combine messages into a single, organized bar.

3. Gather Valuable Customer Insights:

  • User Testing: Gain valuable feedback by asking friends or family who match your target audience to review your store. This can provide real-world insights into the user experience. Consider offering incentives for their time if needed.
    • Alternative: If recruiting friends isn't an option, consider outsourcing user testing through platforms that connect you with potential customers.
  • Visitor Behavior Tracking: Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Crazy Egg. These tools allow you to track visitor behavior on your site, highlighting areas where users might be dropping off. By identifying these "pain points," you can optimize your store for better conversions.

Hope it helps!

Hi @Allforu

It is hard to start selling anything online. You get an OK number of visits for the start but think the problem is mainly in content and lack of trust.

For content, as you have just one you need to have a clear description and all information. However, having one product gives you more freedom to tell a story of that product and focus on all features in detail.

Let's go throughthe  homepage:

  • The image is good, but "Allforu" is not too clearly visible, below the case it could be better.
  • The product form is clear, but I have a few questions, why 2025, and why not a real name Miniso M98. AI translator earbuds are a good keyword.
  • Next, you have "Collapsble content" , which could be Product information, maybe
  • Your text should sound more professional,  full words and not capitalizing each word,  "Over 135 Languages" "Earbuds Work Seamlessly Across Different Devices."  and  "If u have...", "U get free app"
  • You mention it a few times over 135 languages but there is not an exact list anywhere, I can not be sure if is mine on the list. Most likely it is but  I can not be sure.
  • Not a full contact information, you have Guarantee and Business info but offer just an email and not even a domain email but a Gmail one. You should have full business details, registration info, address, and phone. Just an email is no guarantee, you know how easy is to dispose of a Gmail account And full info does get a bit of trust from customers.
  • Videos, sigh. I am not sure why you added them to be sincere. 6 seconds without the sound can help much plus the first two do not look like the product you have. app one shows a glimpse of something at least but what is an app, link to an app?
  • That 99% accuracy sounds just like a marketing trick, even if it is just "common phases and conversations" as Google translate, for example, has from 55% to 94% depending on the language

You do have an interesting product but you need to present it better. Research single-product stores, and try to copy what you like. Also, check some of the most known earbuds and how they present information. I know you are a bit limited with that free theme but you could move all that text from product images and make image/text sections to explain them better. \get some reviews, and try to not look like fake reviews. Also, check for example this

https://themes.shopify.com/themes/impact/styles/sound/preview

a great-looking page for a similar type of product.

Good luck, work on your store, and have patience.

Kind regards

Hi

You can check Fivver or Upwork, but be careful. A lot of people there just want to scam you, so try with someone with good reviews.

Kind regards
