No delivery available for 0 items - showing on checkout

Hi 

I have had several customers having - No delivery available for 0 items, both new and return customers have the attached showing. They cannot get to shipping page or checkout.

Please help, this has only happened after the current update. I run 2 businesses on shopify!!IMG_2779.jpg

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the issue you are experiencing. Without access to the abandoned cart details or your store setup for shipping I won't be able to effectively troubleshoot this issue with you. 

 

Please reach out to our authenticated support so that our team can review your account settings and the cart details alongside you for faster troubleshooting of this matter: Contact Shopify Support.

 

To expedite the process please have the abandoned cart information available and provide any relevant screenshots you have taken as well.

were you able to fix this? our shop is suddenly having this problem now overnight and nothing has changed in our settings.

Shay the help link just keeps sending me in circles, please can someone contact me via chat or phone. I have lost more than 10 sales because of this problem. It seems when a customer is entering their default address it sits in billing address but not shipping address, I have checked all my settings, nothing obvious has changed and I have not changed anything in my settings. 
please help!

I ended up deleting my shipping profiles and re setting up. Seems to have fixed it.

I just did them all in General shipping with different zones. In one of my websites.

The second some products were not added to the profile and customer had ordered them so it wouldn't complete checkout. I hope that helps.

We have the same issue, let's try your solution and see if it's better. We have missed some customer for that.
