I'm trying to set up shipping for my stores. I set up a profile and rates but when I go to test a checkout it keeps saying no delivery available. What am I supposed to do here?
Hello @Mysticz,
Here are a few things you might want to double-check:
1️⃣ Make sure your shipping zones cover the address you're testing – Go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery, check your shipping zones, and confirm the test address falls within one of them.
2️⃣ Check if the product is assigned to the correct shipping profile – If you're using custom Shipping Profiles, your product needs to be included in the right one. You can check this under Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Manage Profiles.
3️⃣ Confirm product weights (if using weight-based rates) – If your shipping rates depend on weight, go to Products > Edit Product and make sure the weight is correctly set.
4️⃣ Check for any third-party shipping apps – If you're using a shipping app, it might be overriding your Shopify rates. Try disabling it temporarily to see if that fixes the issue.
5️⃣ If you're using carrier-calculated rates, make sure your Shopify plan supports it and that your carrier settings are properly configured.
If you've checked everything and it’s still not working, you could try setting up a new test shipping profile just to see if that resolves it. Otherwise, reaching out to Shopify Support might be a good next step—they can take a deeper look at your setup.
Let me know if you figure it out.
