No fulfillment associated with my store products.

Hi there,

I paid for a premium shopify store by Adrian Morrison but do not have any suppliers attached to the products that uploaded.

I have the products in my store, but they are not attached to any supplier, nor are there original unit prices, just random prices made up. Am I missing something here? I'm trying to figure out how I can actually sell these products to people, currently they just exist with no shipping or return associated with them.

Hi, @BodegaSelects!

Do you see any dropshipping apps installed under the Apps section of your admin? In order for a dropshipping store to sync products and orders, there is typically a dropshipping app in use. Alternatively, it is possible to have a custom fulfillment service set up if your supplier fulfills orders by email rather than syncing through an app.

Are you able to contact the person you purchased the store from for more information on how they set it up?
