Hi, I am Zorain Khan and I am using shopify from last 2 years but I am literally getting sick bcoz there is no live chat...how can i contact a staff member who can resolve my store issues

Shopify offers  live chat support to assist you with any issues or questions. To connect with a support agent:

 

1. Visit the [Shopify Help Center](https://help.shopify.com/en)


2. Scroll down and click on "Contact Support."


3. Briefly describe your issue to the chatbot.** If the automated responses don't resolve your problem, request to speak with a human support agent.


4. Wait for a few minutes to be connected with a Shopify support staff member.

actually the problem is that my domain is not getting verified.I deactivate
my store and then activated after 2 months. i paid the bill but still then
my domain is not getting verified....it is saying that stores are are
frozen....i has been upto 48 hours passed but domain is not verified yet.
my business has been crashed please help me
