No Payout, 150 days later

My account was terminated over 150 days ago. In the termination email you indicated that my payouts would be held for 120 days. I have kept emailing Shopify endlessly for the last one month without much success. My ticket ID is 6ef96a00-3067-404b-bd10-07b0fb9622a5

Kindly help. Am getting desperate by the day.
