Hi @Ledinal,
Here are my recommendations to improve your conversion rate:
Your website isn’t effectively converting visitors into buyers despite your advertising efforts. Without seeing your ads, I can’t offer detailed recommendations on your landing page. However, here are some suggestions from Databox that you might find useful. You can read more in their article.
“When the click-through rate (CTR) is high but the conversion rate is low, it usually indicates an issue with the landing page. This is often due to a lack of effective calls-to-action (CTAs). To address this, create a clear CTA, such as a "Buy Now" or "Read More" button. This CTA can be a clickable image with a small amount of text or a simple button.”
1. Monitor Your Cart Abandonment Rate
Additionally, a high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially after investing significantly in attracting visitors to your site. This issue indicates that many potential customers are deciding not to complete their purchases, contributing to low conversion rates.
To address this, you can remind customers about the items left in their carts and encourage them to complete their purchases by:
2. Improve SEO
Taking the time to ensure your web pages are properly optimized can help increase your organic traffic, meaning more potential customers browsing your products. SEO strategies can drive site traffic to your Shopify website effectively.
For an average small e-commerce store, you should get at least 1000 visitors per month to start having a stable source for sales.
Here are some basic elements you should check:
Title Tags & Meta Descriptions:
You can also check this SEO checklist by Shopify to learn more about optimizing your e-commerce store and blog. This will boost your online presence and bring more traffic to your website.
Besides, here is some suggestions regarding the UX/UI of your website:
3. Banner
The current banners are too general, you should use a high-quality, eye-catching hero banner with a clear value proposition and a strong call-to-action (CTA). Highlight any ongoing sales, new arrivals, or bestsellers. Below is a reference:
4. Category menu
You should create the category menu on the navigation bar. It effectively provides your customers what you offer/ what you sell more quickly. The category menu helps your customers find the products they want more quickly, enhancing shopping experience and attracts customers to stay on the site longer. Please find the reference below:
5. Search bar
5. Group products on homepage
You should show group products such as: Best seller, Featured products to attract customers. Here is a reference:

Hey,
Marketing your store is challenging, especially with ads. Running ads effectively requires a lot of experimentation with different keywords, audiences, and ad formats. Besides experimenting with keywords, low sales might be due to a lack of reviews, which builds trust.
The problem generally is that with no sales, you can't get reviews. But wait - that's where you should try Platoria. Our app helps you gather real reviews for your product, provides star ratings, and generates an AI review summary. Check it out—we even offer a free plan.
