All things Shopify and commerce
I had started my store shoppingparadise.in 3 months back with around 20 products categorized into various categories. I have set up my store well and have run various ad campaigns and spent a lot of money as well. When I checked withe campaign customer care (Easy Ads, Google), they said the click through rate is good which means people are clicking on the ads and product links, however they are not making a purchase. There might be an issue with the website. I got everything checked with the shopify customer care and they said everything is working fine and that this is a marketing issue i.e the store needs to be marketed well on social media platforms etc. Now I am stuck from both sides as no one is able to give me a solution as to how I can get sales on my online store.
If anyone can help me out please reply. I have spent a lot of time, money and efforts on this and I will be very grateful if someone can help me out.

Hi @Sweekruti ,
I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.
Your website isn’t effectively converting visitors into buyers despite your advertising efforts. Without seeing your ads, I can’t offer detailed recommendations on your landing page. However, here are some suggestions from Databox that you might find useful. You can read more in their article.
“When the click-through rate (CTR) is high but the conversion rate is low, it usually indicates an issue with the landing page. This is often due to a lack of effective calls-to-action (CTAs). To address this, create a clear CTA, such as a "Buy Now" or "Read More" button. This CTA can be a clickable image with a small amount of text or a simple button.
1. Pay attention to your cart abandonment rate
A high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially when you've invested heavily in attracting visitors to your site. This issue indicates potential customers who decided not to complete their purchases, contributing to low conversion rates.
To address this, you can remind customers about the items left in their carts and encourage them to complete their purchases by:
Shopify Help Center provides a detailed guideline on this topic. You can check it out [here].

2. Adding About Us page
An About Us page is a section on a website that provides information about a company, organization, or individual. It’s an opportunity to tell your brand’s story, share your vision, introduce team members, and outline your history, values, and achievements. This is where you build trust and credibility with customers.

3.1 Banner
The current banner is too general, you should use a high-quality, eye-catching hero banner with a clear value proposition and a strong call-to-action (CTA). Highlight any ongoing sales, new arrivals, or bestsellers. Below is a reference:
3.2. Featured products
4. Search features
5. Product detail page
5.1. Lack of product detail
You should provide customers with as much information as possible to address buying hesitation. See the difference between yours and reference:

You should add ATC or wish list buttons to encourage customers buying your products on this section. Make price and discount information more noticeable. Here is reference
5.3. Adding review section
Reviews from others will provide customers more information about the product. It will enhance trust and provide more information regarding the product. Below is a reference:
6. Adding FAQ and chatbox
You can add an FAQs page and chat box, including general questions to address common customer concerns. Below are references:
7. Adding favicon logo
A favicon is a tiny logo that usually shows up in a browser tab. It is particularly crucial for new websites as it enhances user experience by helping visitors quickly recognize your site when they have several tabs open in their browser.
8. Selling more products
As you are selling domestic appliances, it’s important for buyers that they can shop as much as possible in one place, rather than going to another website to purchase other products. The variety of products will encourage buyers to shop more. At the moment, there are only 15 products on your site.
I would recommend you to sell more products on the websites if possible. When visiting your website, customers will have more options to compare, encouraging them to buy products from your site rather than coming to others.
I hope some of my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.
Good luck!
