Re: No Web Site Traffic/Pinterest Rejection

No Web Site Traffic/Pinterest Rejection

On Monday, I posted a discussion asking if anyone had advice about why my web site is getting little to no traffic.  I received a couple of helpful suggestions ... thank you. Last night, I tried to link my Shopify site/catalog to my Pinterest seller account.  It was rejected with the reasons being "Merchant's website is incomplete and missing relevant information" and "Merchant's website is not meeting the necessary requirements."  This tells me something is definitely wrong with the setup of my site that I'm not seeing.  Any assistance is gratefully appreciated. Please and thank you. -Kris

Hey, @CryinCreek

Since the app is developed and managed by them, I would recommend checking with Pinterest in regards to their rejection and eligibility guidelines. You can get in touch with them here. If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.

The link takes you to Pinterest support. But it is only by a contact form. No options to talk with a real person.

You, me and a many other people are having the same problem. I've been through several forums and cannot find a way to talk to a real person at Pinterest. I went through all the guidelines and my website meets all of them. No idea why they says it does not. I asked Pinterest in my last appeal to specifically explain what I need to change, and it is the same reply. A link to their guidelines page. I don't understand why you cannot talk with a real person instead of getting an AI response.
