Non-Existent Customer Service - Shopify Lost All My Images

Since I "Upgraded" my plan to the Advanced plan, something glitched. Shopify has lost all of my images costing me HUNDREDS of hours of work.

I upgraded because I was getting the error that I had no more storage space. So I purchased the Advanced plan and I'm STILL getting the same error and my previous images are STILL missing. Printify product synchs are failing, I have an ad campaign scheduled to start next week and I don't have an operational store.

I've opened 4 different support tickets now, getting zero answers. I keep hearing "We'll get back to you". That was 4 days ago. My account was supposed to be "Escalated", that is obviously not the case.

So, looked up how to actually speak with a living breathing human on the phone. NOT POSSIBLE! The request a call back button is no longer available on the support forums.

I guess I'll have to go on LinkedIN and find the CEO and ring his bell to get some attention.

I will post this message everyplace I can find until SOMEONE contacts me an gives me some actual support.

Hi @MyIrish

Thank you for sharing those details, I definitely understand how important it is to get this resolved asap.

While I am not able to review merchant accounts or open tickets directly, I can flag any open tickets for a review to ensure it is where it needs to be. Can you please share your ticket numbers with me here? In regards to the issues you are trying to get resolved, I would also like to know a bit more about them.

You noted that you have lost all your images, can you clarify for me where these images were located? Were they uploaded in your admin under Content > Files?

You also mentioned that you have reached your file storage limit on your account. This is not something that is plan specific and is not something that can be increased by changing your plan. Request for access to additional file storage can be reviewed though and once we recover your existing files, that is definitely something that can be looked into.

I understand that you are looking for phone support for this concern. At this time Shopify is focused on chat and messaging as it is generally the most efficient and effective means of support. If this issue requires escalation to our technical team or similar, then there would not be phone support available for that regardless. Our escalated teams only communicate over email and don't offer phone support. Please feel free to share your ticket numbers with me here and I will have them reviewed to ensure that they are in the right place and escalated with the appropriate priority.

I've encountered the same issue: a lack of storage space preventing us from listing new products during the seasonal change.

Hi, @slipcoverkas.

Welcome to the Shopify Community, and thanks for being part of the thread.

I understand you're experiencing the same issue of having a lack of storage and being unable to list new products. While we can't assist with this request through the Shopify Community, you'll need to head to the Shopify Help Center to speak with a Support Advisor. They should be able to take a closer look at this issue and assist further.

If you have questions navigating the Help Center, please feel free to share them here.

I hope this helps!

Thank you for your response! I have already contacted customer service and provided feedback on my issue, but so far, no one has responded.

I'm really anxious! It's the seasonal change, and our store needs to list new products.😥
