Not able to access Help Center

When accessing the Help Center from my store admin dashboard I get this error message:

You do not have permission to access this website

Your request was blocked.

Any idea what can be wrong ?

Obviously I'm not able to get in contact with support and there's no phone numbers...

This just happened to me. I was in the middle of a support chat when it suddenly disappeared and the message came up.

After a few minutes, the page loads with my chat, like nothing ever happened.

I was also in the middle of a support chat when it happened to me. can't get on through other browser or mobile app either.
