Not able to add image in the products

i am using free trial.i want to explore the whole things.but i am not able to add product image.everytime it is not updating

I'd love to know more about what you're experiencing. What exactly happens when you try to add an image to the Media field on your admin's product page? Or are you specifically trying to assign images to specific product variants?
