Not able to edit the customer login page in my shopify store.

I want to add phone otp base login into my shopify store for which I have installed an app Simply Otp sender, but when I try to edit the Customer login screen, this is what I see:

There is no option to edit the contents of the page, I only get to see the header and footer, which I can play around with. How to edit the main content and display the app embed. Can anyone help?
