Not able to install shopify apps

Hello
I am not able to install apps on my client's store they have given me access to add/charge apps but it does not work
This seems to be an issue with my account itself as I have 14-15 clients access in my account but I can't add apps on any store even though they have given me the access to do so
Any help is appreciated

Well, there is a probability that the apps you’re trying to install are not compatible with your store. Not every app is made for all stores, as some are developed and designed to meet the needs of specific stores. 

If the store’s settings do not meet the requirements of the app, then the app remains incompatible with the store. You can go to the app listing page on Shopify, check the installation requirements that your store’s settings do not meet, and enable those settings to ensure the compatibility of that app.

Sometimes, the installed apps too become incompatible with the store. In such case, you will receive a notification explaining what store settings have made the app incompatible, so in that case, you have to configure the settings and ensure compatibility of the store with the app.

However, if you are sure that there is no issue of compatibility, then consider clearing the cache files and cookies from Google Chrome, restarting the system, and then logging in again to your Shopify account and installing the apps then.

Unfortunately none of the apps work with any of my stores so it is not a compatibility issue
and I cleared the cookies, cache and even tried with different systems nothing seems to be working
