Hey Elisjay!
I’ve seen this issue pop up before usually it’s because Facebook and Instagram cache your store’s preview data. When that happens, they might show outdated images or hide the store link preview.
A couple of things that often do the trick:
1) Run your store URL through Facebook’s Sharing Debugger to force-refresh the preview.
2) Make sure your theme’s (og:image) tags and image sizes meet Facebook’s requirements (e.g. at least 1200 x 630px).
3) Double-check that your store or products are published and visible to the public, sometimes regional restrictions or a password page can cause blank previews.
If you’ve already tried those and it still looks off, sometimes it can take a few hours for Facebook to fully update the cache.
