Not able to update paypal for the payment of monthly subscription charges

Hi All,

Currently my monthly payment of shopify is getting deducted from my credit card but I want it to be paypal. When I am selecting paypal as payment method at the last step (agree and continue) I am getting paypal lock sign as below.  Kindly help on this.

Hello Leeza_Adlakha!

There is configuration issue with your PayPal integration that's why its not charging it need to dive in to you shopify account to find where exactly the issue

and fix.
