Not receiving New Order till sound

Hey everyone! Is it just me, or has anyone else's iPhone stopped delivering those sweet sale notifications? You know, the glorious cha-ching sound that instantly brightens your day when a new order comes in. Ever since I updated the app tonight, it’s disappeared, and now my day feels a little too... quiet. Anyone else feeling the silent treatment? 😅📱💸

Hey @DarrenHicks I absolutely love those sounds as well haha! I haven’t updated the app yet but I genuinely hope that’s not something that has definitely changed. I’m guessing there’s maybe somewhere new in the settings to put it back on probably. The same way we love it could be the same way a few people found it disturbing which could have led to the change.

Neither is giving the "NEW ORDER" chime...!!!

This has been for +/- 2 months or so.

Since it is both apple and android....

....I can only assume it is on SHOPIFY side...!!!

SHOPIFY....please fix this....reinstate the NEW ORDER chime...!!!

thats the issue as since i downloaded the new update last night it has disappeared
