I started selling through TikTok Shop and I received my first order. I went to create a shipping label through Shopify in order to fulfill it, and it will not allow to create a label because the address is not being fully shown. I'm not able to see the order in my TikTok Shop and the only information I receive under the order through Shopify is that it has been paid and that I need to fulfill the item.
Has anyone ran into this issue and how can you fix this?
Any help is much appreciated!

Based on the screenshot you shared, this is expected behavior as customer information from orders processed through TikTok Shop are not completely shown in Shopify. The information from TikTok Shop orders are sent by TikTok. Shopify has no control over how TikTok sends the order information over to Shopify. You can log into your TikTok Seller Account to view more details of the order. You can find more information here.

Hi Mike , I got the same issue , did you find any solution? I found out is about the shipping template settings in tik tok seller account , but I don’t know still how to fix it 😕

you must assigned a shipping template to Your warehouse , and don’t forget to use seller shipping, if you don’t have assigned shipping template to your warehouse it will switch to tik tok shipping and is going to block the buyer info.

in order to use Seller shipping option you must set up a shipping template and add your warehouse to the shipping template, that is all info you need to set in order to use Seller shipping.

Hi ruby im having the same issue. i had my first order through tiktokshop through shopify and i didnt know i had to switch it to seller shipping so it was automatically on tiktok shipping now that i fixed it the previous order placed is still not showing up the address. i already reached out to the buyer asking to resend their address in order to fulfill it through zendrop
Old post this but it's sent me mad. I've noticed you have to have them both selected on shipped by tiktok and seller preferred and just set the seller as preferred and created a shipping label with your postage cost. I have had the Tiktok one unticked as I didn't want Tiktok to ship anything and kept just ship by seller selected but would never come through probably until I had both ticked and just set it as preferred. Hope this helps anyone as slow as me 😊
